Normal Shimano crank Dunno...but crank removal is about 30seconds work...Probably not as I couldn't get my 32t over my spider the other day...Maybe i was just being stupid though.

Or must i buy new Bolts?Lexx, I had to fit spacer washers between crank and NW chainring to get correct chainline when I did my conversion from 2x10 XT cranks. For this I had to get a set of longer chainring bolts. Those made for 3x10 or 3x9 cranks fitted well. Got cheap alloy KCNC. So far so good. I don't think I'm strong enough to shear them.

Or am I wrong?. You gonna have to remove the crank to get that small chain ring off. Removing the crank is super quick and easy and rha bottom bracket wrench normally come with that hollowtech tool. Or if you have no need for the small ring you can cut it off
