Life happens..... Say he finds the guy and and and...What then? Car wasn't park in a designated parking area..Etc Ect Etc .. Will go on forever , huge attorneys accounts just to find out nothing will come from it and you have placed your life on hold because of that. Seeing that the guys on here are so concerned about there cycling reputation , why don't you open a donation account , each guys donates +-R20 and sort this out between ourselves , If the guys didn't stay behind to resolve it then , im seriously doubting he will resolve it now. Just my 2c

I would just put up a sign asking the okee to do the right thing.do this online via twitter/hubput up a little poster at that exact spot, if he rides past he'll probably notice it as it is now a significant little section of tar for him. Then get on with your life, if he comes forward then either an apology or some cash is a bonus.
