I only went 76km/h max but I was trying to keep it slow because I only had back brake... I do weigh more that many cycling racing snakes too :(

Better aerodynamics than many too..... :)

 

I topped out at 72.6kph - with full knobblies on my SS...  have to try harder next year...

78.2km/h.......total weight 121kg, MTB with knobblies and the body shape of a kurk prop......contribute the performance to the two sizes too small, thight fitting, streamlined, sponsored cycling top......does Michelin make MTB tyres????......potential brand ambassador

I worry when you wear that too small cycling shirt on your thighs.... :) :)

83.7km ...and that's on the brakes cos I was wayyyy to scared not too what with the road full of people.

 

Man i feel slow now, Don't touch my brakes going down hill and my max was 74.9 :(

I'm actually happy for continuing to rant , I will be getting a refund for reseeding cost and a entry for next year :clap:

Yeah same here, Ardent front and back and could not get it over 70km/h

6 punctures? Is that really just bad luck or not checking your tires for sharp objects between each tube change?

I also think people don't inflate their tyres hard enough.  8-9 bar for road tyres people. I only got 1 puncture while wheeling my bike back to my car as the parking lot was full of thorns.
