Man i feel slow now, Don't touch my brakes going down hill and my max was 74.9

Is that really just bad luck or not checking your tires for sharp objects between each tube change?I also think people don't inflate their tyres hard enough. 8-9 bar for road tyres people. I only got 1 puncture while wheeling my bike back to my car as the parking lot was full of thorns.
