So the 60km will be a lot more difficult as that is obv more difficult than the 42km. Don't let the distance fool you. Then again the 60km is a lot more bang for your buck I'm in pretty good shape,and yes I was aware that 42km was tougher than 50km. I only did the 50km last year because it was only a couple of days after Ramadaan and would have lost strength, so took it easy. But that won't be the case this year, a bit more prep time. I did the 60km last year and we caught a lot of the 75km backmarkers up the 2nd climb up to Helshoogte. A few years ago the 75km was a small bunch of Elite / Pro rders only.
