Full finger gloves

Hey guys, I have been riding with a pair of Giro gloves for the last year and bit, they started wearing thin so went out bought a pair of Northwave's at Totalsports....... 40km...... Busted, torn all along the inside seam. Took them back, shop asked no questions and said "same or different". Took a pair of First Accent's...... 140km, same thing; the stitching between thumb and index finger all gone.

Its a pretty expensive little exercise at R500 a pop; any suggestions on gloves that actually last, or should I again rest my hope in chainreaction sending cash overseas?

Will send First Accent a pic etc, as their product developer really need to think about putting wafer thin material and single stitching on the part that takes the most abuse on the grips.

Get some MX gloves from Thor, Fly racing, Fox or whatever from a motorcycle accessories shop like Full Throttle or so. They are cheaper and last a lot longer.

I've got a pair of Race Face, and they're pretty durable. I've had them for about 2 years now.

On average I'd say that with regular riding most gloves should last about a year before they start giving up the ghost.

I have a pair of spez wiretaps, they seem pretty solid and you can use touchscreens with them which is quite handy.

Been using a set of Spez gloves (cost approx ZAR500) for a year and they're still perfect.

I think they're the spez enduro gloves but not certain, as I bought them for fit and not "intended use"

same here, used them for a little more than a year now and look brand new.  Got another spez pair that ive had for 4 years now, just a bit stretched out at the top of the glove
