Quickly picked up my number and popped by Andrew at the expo yesterday afternoon to introduce myself and say hello. Hope your feet will last the week Andrew - I didn't see chairs around you so hopefully you guys get to take a break and drink a coffee somewhere else to get off the feet every now and then.

I must say this holding back and "rest" thing this week makes me lazy. Did a short light run this morning, but it was even harder to drag myself out the door since it isn't supposed to be a "real" run. That together with a little bite in the air after the rain...

And as always it is so nice once you are actually out there.

Shot for Popping Past...

Good to see Stretch again, and meet Tubehunter and Seabea - thanks for popping past gents.

18 346 steps today, all time in the legs I say - legs playing all kind of mind games with me  :D

Also cashed in on the Nimbus 18 special - too good to miss and not keen to play roulette with the Nimbus 19's anytime soon.

Hey Andrew, nice to meet! Good luck with the last day on the legs - you'll not need a warm-up tomorrow morning!

Was also confused about the no ASA number thing and actually wanted to ask about it, but it seems I'm not the only one that reads it (quite clearly) that way. Only race numbers, no ASA numbers.

Good luck guys, have fun tomorrow!

Im in Pretoria for a couple of weeks, are there any runs/races you guys are aware of? I've looked on Facebook and it seems that there is a 21km on the 17th in Lynnwood somewhere? I'll appreciate any info thanks!

Anyone tried to find the tracking using the old mutual app. We failed

tracking is via the racetec app? I received a message via the app to make sure that I have the latest version

More info man! I live vicariously through you guys when Im not doing the races!!

Took off way to fast.. As you do in this race it seems. Got blown up chappies going up.. And got blown up chappies again going down!

Went through marathon at 3:30..10 minutes too fast and had a horrible last 14. Mostly walked up Constantia Nek... But i did run every now and then just to help me mentally. Constantia road is ghastly with its camber! Ran the last ten on a run downhill walk uphill strategy... Bit still happy with my 4:50.
