USN sues Critic

Thing is, as I understand it, USN will first have to prove that what was written in the article is inaccurate/false information. If it is factually accurate it can't be defamation.

You're right. But a judge could find it's one thing to say what someone is saying that's factually incorrect; it's another to say the person is a liar. Or, in this case, a "scam artist". Some could see the word "scam" as implying unlawfulness.

Agreed, however, in essence the title of the article was a question and not a statement of fact. Not sure if that'll hold water though...

Not really. Even the word "alleged" is scant protection these days.

Only thing from USN I drink once in a while is that Fruit punch energy drink, nice when its cold. But to get back on topic, if they sue, there must be something not lekke somewhere.

The brand itself, gets managed very well and makes bucket loads of money, but I'm not too sure if its really that good.

Game and a couple piesangs. Did a 160km race this weekend on mainly Game and piesangs. Felt strong at the end still.

It's a reaction to lines like this that you see in nearly every report that comes out...in a saturated media space, people are getting nervous about being lost, but instead of shouting the loudest to be heard, would prefer to shut down those with dissenting voices...

“There is a concerning knowledge gap between the facts on (insert food/supplement/etc type here) and what consumers have been told.”

That's from a Credit Suisse report released yesterday. The gist of it is that, somehow, eggs, butter and red meat will increase the performance of your investment portfolio. I think...was a bit technical for me...

The bank, however, offered no comment on the USN vs CamCheck case.

okay , so USN is the devils brew . Now what do you guys use when you race then ? And by race , I mean flat out 2 hour 95% heart rate xco race . I find it impossible to chew and swallow real food ( although I also believe real food is the best ) while bleeding through my eyes .

Sufferlandrian be you?
