Pure Savage Posted July 12, 2016 Posted July 12, 2016 dont think it will be impey as well as bling. they will be working for blingWell Matthews has been sprinting against Gerrans at this tour any way, so may as well race against impey.
Gen Posted July 12, 2016 Posted July 12, 2016 Correction on Bertie's injury.. a lot was lost and badly translated off that tweet.... not me whoever tweeted it. http://www.cyclingnews.com/news/contador-ruled-out-of-olympic-games-after-tour-de-france-crash/?utm_content=buffer412e2&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_campaign=buffer
Long Wheel Base Posted July 12, 2016 Posted July 12, 2016 Gotta love the commentators comment now. If EBH is in a break, He's the man to beat. If Sagan is in a break, he's the man to beat. If GVA is in a break, hes the man to beat,. Robbie chips in and says if your in a break with any of the guys in this break they are the rider to beat.
Gen Posted July 12, 2016 Posted July 12, 2016 Gruppetto driving now, with Katusha on the front.Katusha left it too late.. it will be on them and them alone to chase it down.. the other teams have riders in the break..
tombeej Posted July 12, 2016 Posted July 12, 2016 Gruppetto driving now, with Katusha on the front. It's been left completely up to them now. No other teams seem to be helping. The gap is now up to 6'35". 96 km to go.
Gen Posted July 12, 2016 Posted July 12, 2016 Aah they had a little interview with Meintjes.. basically definitely the white and stay in top 10

Bold are my guesses as to who is not doing full turns.

dev null Posted July 12, 2016 Posted July 12, 2016 Gruppetto backing down again. Looks like Sky has put their foot down and is not going to chase the break down.
Gen Posted July 12, 2016 Posted July 12, 2016 Gruppetto backing down again. Looks like Sky has put their foot down and is not going to chase the break down. It's not up to them today ha ha ha.. Katusha were caught napping.

Bold are my guesses as to who is not doing full turns. Yip, the age-old problem with a big break - there are always going to be passengers. Which is why a big break is often caught. The best number for everyone to be working hard and making it very difficult for a chasing bunch to close the gap is 6 - 8 riders (or thereabouts). The guys who are doing all the work are going to get pissed soon enough. And then we'll start to see the break attacking each other.
Gen Posted July 12, 2016 Posted July 12, 2016 And as I said that Cavanel does a turn .. a very brief turn Must say.. great seeing him on the screens I like him too. I like so many riders.
Oxter Posted July 12, 2016 Posted July 12, 2016 It's not up to them today ha ha ha.. Katusha were caught napping. If they are the only team chasing, i dont think the will be able to close that gap Katusha Has given up the chase
