I started uploading workouts to Garmin again and after months of ignoring Vitality I logged on to see what was up.

 

I think it will be impossible to make everyone happy and to eliminate some odd things. You just need to accept it, laugh and move on

 

An example is I did a loop at the reserve with friends and some were quite slow. It took us about 2:50 for the loop. Like I said, slow. I got 1500 points. Two days later I went on my own. It was windy and hard and I was a bit tired but managed to do under 2:30. I got 600 points. So it goes. Not a big deal. Plenty of points on offer anyway.

Don't forget the bit "but send us an email and we will investigate".

 

On second thoughts, maybe this is to reduce the number of emails they receive.
