450km of running per month?

Totally irrelevant.......

.....heaviest still under 90kgs,

.....BMI just above legal age,

.....above average height,

.....too much sunshine information,

.....lacking physical reference frame of support,

.....running......

......just ignore.

(PS: Rouxtjie accreditation still required)

Ok well, 190km of running completed for December so far. Sunday runs will be getting longer so I'm guessing kilos will top out at around 450km for the month. No less than 400km to be safe.

Hate is such a strong word........and your point is.....????

.....that is except referencing yourself.

You might have issues. Relax a bit?

Are you making a statement or asking a question?

What is the point you are trying to make?

Whenever I say something, you have an issue with it. Reason?

Just like that on its own???

Yip, I buy those very small tins with the lids you just pull up the tab and remove the lid. Throw the contents into a small bowl, mash with a fork and eat .... the same with the small tins of 'flavoured' tjoona and chicken breast. I alternate between those for lunch on a daily basis.

Food is seriously no big deal for me anymore as you can see ..... 2 boiled eggs for breakfast every single day!

Firstly well done. Secondly, do you enjoy what you're eating or does that not matter any more! Do you allow yourself treats? A pudding once in a while or a pizza etc.

On the plus side, it makes meal planning much easier.

I think it's safe to say that most of us are on the 'plus' side ;) :P

Weigh in done.

Not a bad first week for me.

Let's just put it this way, 'enjoy' is relative I don't mind the way and what I'm eating now but like you say food just isn't a big deal for me. I don't worry about treats and other stuff at all ..... as I've said before I'm one of those that can't have a cheat day or meal or snack so just don't bother.

Been nearly 10 months now and intend to just carry on as it's fast becoming my 'normal' eating plan.
