Working on some DIY kit for the ride next weekend. Managed to make a down quilt from an old down duvet and cut the pattern for a silnylon tarp...

On a full sus (Camber) as this is the only bike i have at the moment and the Thule racks aparantly work with dual sussers. I am not wanting to put panniers on, rather carrying bulky stuff on top.

My opinion is these were made for European conditions.....I certainly would not use this particular rack on some of our roads?  Motorways only?

this is what my kit consists of, but the rack is for 26" & 27.5"

 

its useses clamps as there no space to mount to the fame, we have ridden BAD roads and its very solid
