I know what you mean. been there, suffered that. VERY easy to just roll over and say I'll take the other car in to the office!!! But heck, this is a long term thing. Short term losses don't last.

Thank the lawdy I'm In jhb till next month. Now I know they have a store in Parktown North, But that store has none of the student talent offered by SB.

Cois Posted July 12, 2016 Posted July 12, 2016 Bud. I was out of work for two weeks with Bronchitis. I had to go to physio for help to get the lung biscuits out. Yesterday was my first day back on the job. Stay warm and keep drinking fluids. Good luck.Back at work today. I was on the point to mix two household liquids to create a toxic gas, to murder 15 kids running round like mad dogs on heat. This Jew will go all german gas chamber on their assess. One nice thing on the meds I am taking is that I have 0 appetite.

Anyway some changes going on at work so next few weeks are going to be a bit hectic and will probably eat up a lot of my time again. Just need to get out and clear the mind.

AFAIK if you eat less than 1,200 kcal per day it won't publish stats as that's hitting anorexia statistics ie the body needs that to survive. If you eat 1,200 and your exercise for the day brings your "net" figure below 1,200 that's not a problem. But you can't just eat too little - muscle deteriorates and your body "eats" itself - and not the fat. Take my day, for example... eaten 1,337 kcal but logged 1,415 kcal in exercise, effectively meaning I ate "nothing" today...
