also in EL and I see there's a few others. Would also love to do my first sub3 so willing to work to make it happen.

Looking at EL results from 2015, there was just 37 of 160 in the group that didn't get a sub 3. So with the new route being slightly flatter and shorter, and if the weather and wind plays along as Gerald has pointed out, we should comfortably get in. Just need to hold on

Should be a comfortable sub 3 , I'll be in black and blue kit , with a black and blue Spiuk helmet on a TCR advanced , that's ... You guessed it , black and blue. See you in the shoot.

I will be in a "Tau Game Lodge" top, white and green with a Lion on the back and Rhino on the front, white Kask Protone helmet on a black/green silverback with Token wheels.

Last year our club rode in EL, from Vets to fun riders.

The pace was controlled the by us, the whole way, with the objective of getting everyone over the line together irrespective of time.

Doesn't mean the group can't do it, but it won't be as easy as last time.

So now any tosser can bounce the race, shove your number on his back, and get you banned for life.

I'm sure numbers are sequential, so any tosser can still be a box, work out the number sequence and get people banned for life

Quick question - my neighbour and my seeding is exactly the same - we finished 94.7 together last year. So far that's our road bike experience, we do a lot of mtb races, which does not count, as that's SASeeding. He's seeded in VA, and me in GL. Don't really care about where I start, only we are driving together, and I don't want to hang around for an hour/make him wait for an hour. Must I just query at registration?

You should be able to drop back to your neighbours group without any penalty.

Rode the first half on the Kickr, thanks again for the upload - loved the little diversion for a pee break on Rondebult road.

Here's hoping the rest of the E group will help drag the big guy in the vitality kit around in under 3 on Sunday

At the Sasol, I assume?

We pulled over to wait for someone with a mechanical.

Please man, I started last year's race with the tandems of the short route, because of traffic, and I still did a 2:59! So E should all do one with ease. I'm in DL this year and expect to do a 2:45
