This is really sad In a few months food inflation / food shortages will force the very poor to turn to crime to survive. I am referring in general and not to this well dressed over weight female...Some people are desperate but they seem to be the minority sadly. The police seem familiar with them and their M.O. My guess would be some form of financial gain.The following day there was particular interest in the pricing of Camelbaks from some very dodgey characters! Out of interest we asked the thief if she would be able to pay us back the value of what she stole? She told the cops: Sure, she would only have to sell the 2 cell phone she just picked up in a black bag inside a dustbin!!! Our cameras are not hidden.As you walk through the doors your mug is displayed on a LCD screen, which you can not miss! They just don't care! The scary part is, while I was in the back busy looking at the footage, the thief returned for her second shopping spree. This was less than 3 minutes after she first came in. Obviously she went outside and quickly handed the stolen goods to her waiting tjommie! Luckily she got interrupted on her second attempt!
