Looking to upgrade my 2014 Scott Spark 940 to a carbon option.

Options at the moment:  Scott Spark 910 or Silverback Sesta Pro.

Any advice?

I recently upgraded from a Giant Anthem X1 to the Sesta and must say i'm very impressed with the Silverback, the bike is nice and rigid when climbing and precise on the downhills. Really enjoying it.

Sesta all day.... in that price range you could also consider the Anthem Advanced carbon...

Anyone know when the Sesta will be available as a frame only option? Price?

They will be, but Silverback is waiting for a shipment. Price TBC closer to them hitting our shores.

I bought the new Scott 910 and must admit that I'm very impressed with it. Handles everything you through at it very well. I like the 3 settings they have on the suspension and the single lever to lock out both front and rear suspension.

I can't comment on the Silverback as I have not tested one, but I don't think you can go wrong with any one of the two.

How good is SIlverback's backup and warranty?

as per Iwan,

Only hearing good things about their warranty and they seem to know whether a problem has been created by the manufacturer or the user. this tells me they actually tested frames to failure and have worked out what would be challenges during manufacture.
