Body type makes a good sprinter .Shorter more compact muscle is a faster one than a long strong one that is again better for endurance .Something in between is sometimes the best like with Peter Sagan

Agree, phenomenal athlete...no showing off etc...I am a nino guy however. Gave burry huge respect before and after his passing...he was also one of the few guys that took his helmet off for chainsaw's minute of silence....RESPECT.

But back to the point...I don't think Julian can beat him at the moment...as fit as he is. The only guy I have seen put rivots into nino is a strong coolharvey...

Also agree, although Nino puts out a  lot of media, its all good, and great to get an insight behind the scenes. Julian is an absolute legend, Nino  is one in the making. Glad he didn't get too tempted by the road racing.

koolharvey blows hot and cold, inconsistent to say the least. Can't say what that is, or why, but that's the way his rolls (or doesn't)

Anyone know how James Reid did yesterday? I saw him mixing it up the first few laps but then nothing after that.

88th. He was the highest placed of the four Saffers (Elite Men) racing.

Didn't even know he was there.

And no news afterwards, so it couldn't have gone well.

We've said it before.. our guys cannot compete unless they race in Europe full time...
