But should someone else take over the membership or permitting process, the guys who have got valid activity permits will have to be accommodated so as to not pay twice for the same period of time.

I was shocked when I saw it on my first build day. Scared even.But mostly excited. Its going to be like this brand new mountain of wicked trails with traces of what you remember from before the fire. It will be worth the wait.
