i assume & is aged capped?

Definately not. There's riders few years younger and older than me riding in @ that finished in the & bunch in SCT...  Probably just Racetec voodoo. 

 

At least if I lose my group, i wont have to wait long for & to pick me up... then drop me.. hahahaa

any elite aged (<30years old) riders make it into &?

My Index is 12... go figure. either way babse.  Elite aged, Index of 5. Why start you after us toppies with 10+ index

ok -  then this post from lcycling might explain it somewhat -  From David C - Will probably have to send an explanation to those groups tomorrow. Basically all racing  age groups split equally across those 2 start groups (@ &).
