Then you change your mind after you make it down in like 3 minutes.

Oh hell yes. And pedal clipping brings you down HARD.

With having to clear brush as part of the trail building project, that larger figure is about right for more technical trails. 

Brush cutting and basic dig/rake seems to come in at around R3500 to R5000 per km depending on what you are up against.

There is one on the decent of hoogies. You can go as high as you want. Then on beware alley there are 2 small ones.
