Stricker Posted January 20, 2017 Share So your question was what do I get for my money, this package vs that package.... In your opinion, how much are you willing to pay for the service/results that you are getting? That is 1 seriously deep question for a Friday For me to judge program vs program would be impossible , as this is my first and have nothing to compare it against. You on the other hand as an experienced cyclist with loads of different coached/programs would be able to tell me immediately if its good or bad. In reality I'm a very practical guy and not really to concerned with how you kill the "CAT" but more about are you sure that the cat is actually dead, find a lot of people worry about how to kill it but forget about actually killing it. HOW Much.. Me being my optimistic self I would say I'm probable +- 7% stronger , money related that would be 1.5k already in just over a month and half, yes I'm aware that this improvement rate will be impossible to continue but a good guide line. As far as actual figures are concerned, once again would be impossible to say as I do not have anything to compare it against, but my estimate would be around R800-R1000 pm based on gains made( this is based on no experience and is probable way out), now the real challenge will come when the gains are a little more difficult to make and the coach will need to dig into some serious methods to extract those last few Watts...
