'Dale Posted April 19 Share The 4th Monument on Sunday is imminent. Highlighted as a super duel between the rainbow jersey and the Swiss Army knife like performer in Pogačar who is such a threat over so many variable courses, one day races and Grand Tours. The competition in the Women’s peloton is also very thrilling with regular performer Vollering not as dominant after last year’s Ardenne Classics. I have an eye on the Gravel Rainbow Jersey who took her first road victory in 5 years. It is not spring right now in northern EuroLand; it’s wet, freezing and slippery on the tarmac. Respect to the classy and everlasting Ash’ after another solid performance at FW: splat, ADJ, Frosty and 1 other

betaboy Posted April 21 Share Pog, “I told ya, I can beat a car” is just in the form of his live. I hope he keeps some Matches for the Giro. Them Dolomites is no joke, easy to empty the tank and ride the TDF wounded.

Bar injury and with the not so strong field, I don't think anyone will be close to him in Giro. He might soft pedal the last week to ensure he gets to the tour with good legs too. But that's not how he races .. 🤣

Frosty Posted April 22 Share 7 hours ago, babse said: What's the biggest GT winning margin? Was curious to see what the (serious) answer was... The time of 2:59:21 is a shortish stage in today's racing. 1903 was the biggest margin; have a look at last place... 60 hours behind. And it was only a 6 stage Tour... the last being 18 hours long. babse
