I see a “walk” does not show on the cumulative distance/time stats.

 

What I did yesterday certainly doesn’t qualify as a run, and I don’t want it to affect my running stats.

 

Looks like my planned run for today will be the first activity that will places me on the leaderboard. No rush, I got 364 days to climb the ladder.

My name is there, but it shouldn't(just still there from last year). I did bugger all on the 1st. Also don't intend attempting 365 again. I will do what we all want zuma to do and leave the group.

Speaking of which..... jeez whats up with people and old WhatsApp groups. "Epic Vacation 2015" and then when you leave the group its all like "what was that about".....

LOL. One of my cycling chats, the chat name has changed so many times it gets hard to know which chat is which. Last thing you need is to send porn to the family chat that was intended for the boys *** praat chat. Then one of my work chats, the one guys wife snoops on his phone, finds all the offensive stuff and removes him from the chat. We promptly add him and then go bos. Apparently we make his home life hard for him :D . I told him to "pos this chick" and knew she would see it. He tells me that she doesn't like me. But I don't know why as she has never met me :clap:

I don't really see the point in this goal, surely at some stage during the year you will need to take a day or two after a major race to recover?

I’ll do more than a 20 minute walk at work the day after a major race. If I applied your recovery logic, I’d have to remain in bed for the whole day and not do a single thing.

 

20 minutes is nothing, so I do see a point.
