Hairy Posted February 1, 2017 Posted February 1, 2017 How badly scratched and from what? If just a cosmetic issue, then yes, get it sprayed up/cleaned up. If more than that, well I am sure you would not be posting here it were a structural failure. ....at least I hope so! Pending the age and manufacturer, you often get a reduced price on a new helmet if you are the first owner, have the proof of purchase and the failure is structural.
