Get it right the first year and I think this race will grow nicely.. ;-)

Enter all the races currently available online, before your "membership" expires then you won't have to pay the day licence fee.

I was under the impression the principle is that the license (year / day) needs to be valid on the day (date) of the event, and not when entering?

In theory, yes.

In practice, probably not

If the CSA lic riders are still required to carry and produce cards it might.  If its  CSA membership it wont.

Normally CSA lic membership might be checked at number collection.

Doubt it. 

ASG is the organiser and they have a great deal of experience organising races.

ASG might have experience organizing events, but full road closure is not something they have done before.

 

Some of the action points for full road closure are outstanding, hence the reason the sanctioning hasn’t been finalised yet.
