jcza Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 Yeah friend of mine had a set fitted to his Cannondale Si1 team and both seem to be cracked after not even 300km on the wheel set....they also refuse to repair or replace them so not really impressed at all.Wanted to see if it was maybe an isolated incident or not Heard a couple of similar stories about failures and warranty problems.

One photo sent, no questions asked. We've got a set on test on a Spitfire under a known destroyer of rims and no issues so far...

They back their product and almost take it personally when it isn't the best. The amount of testing they do is phenomenal. They also offer custom rim stickers with your name on... thats both porno and cool, which makes it rad in a weird way. 1 thing I do know is that Nico doesn't like pilchards.......

kvdp Posted May 12, 2017 Posted May 12, 2017 Had a niggle with one of their wheels sometime ago.Within 24 hours Nico and Stephan had the wheel at their shop.Keep in mind that I live about 120km from South HQ,in an outlaying area from them,and they arranged for collection with their courier company.Another 48 hours later,brand new hoop,rebuilt by them,was delivered back to me,no charge!No issues,no questions,just exceptional service!
