Anyone know where one can obtain a downloadable 12 or 18 week periodic training plan for endurance racing? A website link maybe?  :ph34r:

135 days to go! And a change in course......well change in water points.

 

See the 1st one is at 36km and not 53km like last year...& CP1 was at 83km last year.....

 

WP1 36 CP1 63 WP3 90 WP4 126 WP5 152 CP2 183 WP7 216 WP8 252 CP3 280 WP10 310 WP11 338 Finish 361

Between WP8 and CP3 is where you know if you going to make it or not.

Exactly where my troubles started. I spent a bit of time at CP3 though and continued to the finish but to this day don't actually recall anything about that last 80km except for the tar road at the end which was heaven!

 Yebo! Thank you.....but battling somewhat with getting going. Only just got back in the saddle after a 2 week bout of flu. Still coughing but back riding......lol

Déjà Vu!  :wacko:  exactly a replica of this year....I could have been drunk on dehydration me think. Dunno how I got to the finish line... just did! :clap:
