Well, I am a firm believer (not due to a certain blue pill), that most problems with your body can be remedied with food, natural raw foods. Some of those tablets appear to probably be cod liver oil and probably a garlic and parsley as well - which is close enough to natural for me. It isn't a Corenza or Sinutab with ingredients you just have no clue what they are. Hence, I do believe this "shotgun" mix would do you more good than bad.

I just asked for help to identify them ^_^

I'm all for eating properly, but consider that:

  • these are pills, and aren't natural -- eat some fruit or garlic
  • "raw, natural" includes raw fish and meat with parasites
  • "natural" includes cyanide

You believe that sinutab has "unknown" ingredients when it has a legal requirement to:

  • tell you exactly what
  • how much
  • uphold manufacturing

and you prefer a bunch of pills that have none of that?

Well this is a little disappointing.

I thought this was going to be a thread for those of us who peroxided our hair, wore purple camo in the late 90s and still occasionally hum Freed from Desire whilst reminiscing. ????

My breakfast most mornings...

1) Either 2 blocks of Weetbix or 40g of all bran flakes

2) 10g of mixed seeds (10g is quite a bit)

3) big piece of fresh ginger root

4) 1x clove of garlic

5) 2-3 oranges

6) 100ml (proper) raw honey

7) 2 cups of filtered water

8) 2 scoops whey or soy protein powder

All that in the blender, blended into a smoothy. Ends up being about a liter.

Good nutrients and I rate the ginger, garlic and vitc in the oranges have good bug fighting elements.

My sentiments exactly.  Also have not drink any pharmaceuticals for more than 5 years. Ok .. I think 5 or 6 bruphens on doctors orders. I could feel a very big effect on my body and not in an good way

1. Flax seed or Omega 3 possibly

2. Some pain table probably paracetamol Might be Vit C but ascorbic acid

3. Parsely

4. Garlic

5. possibly vit b

6. Echina extract probably

7. Some kind of anti inflammatory

8. POssibly Vit C or vice versa with #5

9. Iron Tablet

Yes sounds about right  Problem I have with the mix is that it does not like high quality vitimins and for R45 one cant really expect more, but I still would rather drink a handfull vitamins and try and keep your body's PH low with a Alkaline diet
