Apparently he is contesting that judgement and claims he hiked back up to where he came off before continuing (hence the 20 seconds).

I don't know how negotiable the marshals would be. I would think their call would be final.

 

Ridiculous how much stuff happened at the top section of the track but no footage/coverage. I understand that they need to summarise each run in order to fit them in, but a lot of people lost time at the top so there must have been something interesting going on up there.
