runners assaulted near Clearwater in Emergency Lane

Hi Guys and Gals (Johannesburg)

 

after 5pm , My fellow team mate and his wife were out running today near Clearwater shopping centre when a motorist (Whiskey Male - Reg MMY 929 GP) almost ran them over in the emergency lane. After asking the guy WTF he was doing driving in the emergency lane -- The driver got out of the vehicle and brutally assaulted the runner fracturing his jaw . 

 

He has been treated and has been to open a case and is okay .

 

If anyone has some info it will be appreciated. (photos, dashcam footage)

Thing is the driver was much younger than the age on I.D. indicates (maybe its daddy's Car)

Goodluck, road rage around the country has been plenty these past couple of days.

Sorry about the incident, Not cool at all. Just to reiterate what others have said, Remove the ID number. It's now on a public forum and criminals can do a lot with details like that and regardless of what the relationship is to the culprit this guy might not be your perp and could now be open to cyber crimes.

Besides, I doubt criminals troll TheBikeHub looking for ID numbers, much better places to get that info.

My old home town so I have some guys if they saw anything.
