Also worth IMO is having your suspension tuned to suit your riding style

Ā

** Note **

Ā

You have to know Exactly what you wantĀ

You have to have A cartridge damper for A fork

MUST be done by an expert ( Cogent industries , Stoke supsension , Robbie ( think he is in PE ) )Ā

Took my bike to Cogent for a damper service and setup, well worth it!

Chain tamerĀ

Ā

Ā

I've made something like that out of a bit of irrigation hose and some cable ties.

Ā

Hi guys thanks for the mention.

Thought i would just stick my head out here specifically replying to Duane's comment:

Ā

You're probably referring to a little piece of tube hanging under the chainstay holding a bit of chain tension? (and providing much friction)

Chaintamer is quite different: it has dynamic slide action so the guide section is always in line with the chain. Result: shock absorber for your chain eliminating chain slap and noise, zero friction while pedaling.

We're still fairly new on the market but have been testing for years and have already scooped some rave reviewsĀ  :clap:Ā Enjoy.

If you push it far enough the cable snaps and you go back to the small ring. Don't you know anything?

In all seriousness tho. Does the Lyne one work for the Giant dropper? That dropper lever is the one thing I really dislike about my bike.

Yup, using it on mine, best thing I did since the dropper, tend to agree the Giant version sux!!

Do you have a link to your site, looks interesting. Seem it slides up and down on that bracket to keep in line. Edit - found it, very interesting concept Edited by MphatiPyga

Yes look at their version 2, lever I've got it setup with my Giant and it's unbelievable how much smoother and softer on the finger the lever is.

Ā

If you've got the older lyne lever like I had, contact them they'll sort you out gou gou, Dale was a legend he did mine and mates no extra cost. Service with a smile

I want one of those for bb30 to gxp but it's a bit much monies for me

Ā

A BB 30 shell that takes a standard GPX sized crank? They are pretty cheap. Heck I've got a RaceFace one knocking about in the shed if you want it.Ā
