8' between him and the Maillot Jaune group. If they keep it like that Sagz will be ok. Very sore but ok.

Who commentates on Supersport?

Is it still Liggett and Sherwen?

Better, far better. SS has the feed that has Robbie McEwen and Matthew Keenan as the commentators. They make a good combo.

You're a legend when you hit your arse with a rock and the medical team wants a selfie

so what is the expectation, what gap should be ok to come under the cut-off requirement?

As long as they don't lose more than forty minutes behind the winner of the stage the grupetto and Sagz should be ok.

They seem to be managing it well for now..still tough climbing to come but that terrible Tourmalet is at least done.

Done and dusted. If they survived the Col du Tourmalet then they should be ok even though the Col d'Abisque is longer it's gentler and there is a short descent that'll help break the climbing and keep them within the time limit as well. They just need to keep going and box clever. Don't waste energy if they don't need too.

Everyone looks hammered today. And quite understandable.

A rough three weeks, for sure.
