I also struggle to keep the wine down to the minimum, and now with the cooler weather getting closer, the harder it will get to limit the red wine intake.  My weight have been yo0-yoing with me the past two weeks, last week was for the better and this week for the worst.  I lately will only claim a weight if it is consistent for at least a week.  Been training well, the eating generally is not to bad.  Had a work dinner last night and only had 1 whiskey, which I am really chuffed with.  Need to keep at it every day, it must be a lifestyle and not a 1 month plan.

I’m luckey that I don’t have that problem. Booze is illegal here. In SA eating was not the problem, beer was. Not that I drank like a fish but I’d have ~2 beers a day. Here food is the problem...

Hope that April will be better, resigning at one job was a challenge and the owner tried to make the last two weeks hell.

So hope that the weekend helps to drop below my goal

I have been intermittent fasting for six weeks now and today it’s finished, managed to loose 8 kg in the process,

First time I’ve been under 90 kg in a long time, also learnt a great deal about will power and sacrifices.

I will use this technique from now on when I feel I have over indulged
