To be fair, it's about as informative as the real thing.

The ski goggles are a bit ridiculous for that heat  ;)

Not his hottest day on the bike, he declares, but at ToC where two PROs fell off their bicycles due to heat exhaustion in Palm Springs. Ma word.

Yeah, those MX brille looks so funny, hey. 100%.  :w00t:

Sagz, you beauty!

Your man has got loads of opportunity to take wins...wanted so bad for Impey to get that jersey after all he has done for his team over the years!!

Could have been one for the Doms..the workers and one for the Saffas...eish!!!!

Lovely feature article on King Nic'

Inspirational.

Nicholas Dlamini may never forget Kersbrook Road through the delightfully named nature reserve of Humbug Scrub outside Adelaide, South Australia, after he sprinted up it to become the first black South African to wear a leader’s jersey at a World Tour race on Tuesday.

He came close. Brave racing by Impey.

Chasing GC.

Sagan's race craft though. Wow. He hard to work hard to earn that win.

It's not easy to win a bike race.

Opportunities are not as available as Sagan appears to make it.

Everybody wants to beat the Rainbow Jersey.

A seated sprint for both. Interesting. A rare sight.

Great ride by Impey but he was never going to beat Sagan.

Porte is probably the favourite for tomorrow especially as he has a very strong team around him…. But maybe (hopefully) Bora can surprise… I guess the heat will play a big role….

It is a pity that Team Sky does not seem to have more support in this race for Egan Bernal…. At only 21 years of age he seems very smooth and composed and is definitely someone to look out for as a GC contender over the next few years.

It was brave, to go first at Sagan is brave. Thought he was going to get caught and passed chop chop, but he actually held that sprint very well.

I haven't read all of Impey post race comments but I saw that he said to beat Sagan he would have to surprise him..but Sagan was wide awake..he did indeed hold the sprint well I also thought he would get past as if he was standing still..was rather close on the line.

so can Nic hold onto the polka?

Currently he has 16 points over Porte

with 2 x Wilunga Hill (Cat 1  - 16 for winner) in stage 6

and a Cat 3 (5 pts?) on stage 7.

if he gets in a break and takes the first time over the climb, then he's in business.
