Its a great computer - if you are really anal about touch screen its not lightning fast but then again neither am i. I really enjoy mine. I dont know if ramins support is going to be as good as it was in the past but the support for me has always been world class and the software and integration just works.

 

I will carry on buying Garmin products if they carry on supporting us like this.

Issues is relative.  Yes it does not work like a smart phone but then I could operate my 820 with gloves better than my smart phone with gloves.  6 of the one, half a dozen of the other.  I love my 820.

I can vouch for Garmin's service (not on the 820 though).  My Fenix died on me.  Handed in on day 1, new unit received on day 2.
