'Dale Posted March 20, 2019 Posted March 20, 2019 I would love to know what the training approach to the race is to get the riders to become stronger as the race progresses.It's more about maintaining a peak for longer or deteriorating slower relative to other racers.Base fitness, freshness, personal hygiene / staying gogga free, race craft and team work. So many variables How to prep in training and peaking? That's where the experts do their thang. ????????♀️ The rest is up to the racers and the race situation. ????
