I have this powder, all you do is slice two banana's, mix it with a handful of dried cranberries/dates/raisins, a handful of crushed nuts, a few tablespoons of honey, a bit of dark chocolate chips to taste and a bit of flour to bind, role into balls (if you want you can back at 230% for 30 minutes) and place in individual ziplock bags.  Then you have these amazing whole food snacks

Oh about the powder, I forgot what it is, but anyway.......

Quite amazing how many people make their own mystery ball concoctions, they always make it sound like its a two minute job, dont know why but I just find the idea to be a bit of a mission and with so many components.... Well no.

Sandwich still sounds like a better option with dates or dried fruit. ( fruit separate, not rolled into the sarmie).

Not saying mystery balls are bad, just not for me.

Easiest thing I've found is Woolies hot cross buns, with peanut butter and honey on them. They don't go all squishy like bread tends to, and they taste dandy.

There is a slightly bigger option too, Llama Bars, comes in choc too yummy

There are also Ba! bars (produced in Poland) which are now diversifying in range in South Africa.

That was suppose to be a play on Poland, but it seems that I might have made myself the butt of the joke :P

I am definitely not going to play with your Tinky Winky
