i've set  up Getflx Smart DNS for someone to watch BBC iPlayer, there is also Unlocator.

 

You don't need to go full on VPN, all you have to do is register with one of these services and set the DNS on ur computer or better still your Router.

 

Any other recommendations for DNS jippo services?
