Mmmm wonder what Aru's form is like, his opp was a success occording to our insider info. He will be fun to watch on some stages..

Form is good as of today from post op which has shown in races he has done. His inclusion was late into the Tour and is there to get miles into his legs and play a support roll and is not there at all for GC and there is no pressure in that.

Dan is the rider for the Tour.

(Feels like I have a backstage pass to the biggest show in cycling with tidbits like these, thanks)

EF Edu roster - Could this be the year when the first ever Colombian wears the Golden Fleece onto the Champs Elysees

Alberto Bettiol

Simon Clarke

Tejay van Garderen

Tanel Kangert

Sebastian Langeveld

Tom Scully

Rigoberto Uran

Mike Woods

Definitely won't be unhappy to see Rigo take the yellow in Paris. Up till now I have been un sure who I will be backing for GC. Fuglsang was an option but I have an issue with that team. Reckon I will be going with Rigo.

I think I have said this before in a post but Aru is an amazing oke; very different to what I had always seen on TV and interviews. As a example he spoke no English or very very little when we met in October; a good few staff now are English on the team so he went off and learnt English and in a short time is very fluent. Thats how professional he is. Ive been doing Italian lessons since October and Im only on Chapter 5 of the book and can order a coffee at best.

His level now I believe is better than last year overall so he is on the way up again.

Taught him how to fist bump at our camp in December which was a game changer.

Agreed with the Astana stand point. Even in fantasy leagues i don't choose an Astana rider as that would be hypocritical.

He gets better as he gets more time in his legs racing. Love his facial expressions!

A face off between him and Tommy Voeckler would be fun and funny!

Aru would come in and win any face off

However Tommy wouldn't make it easy. His facial expressions used to be rather hilarious as well. But yeah, Aru would shade it seeing as he does look a little like Roman soldier from the Astrix comics!
