My two rusty cents: Imagine if I abandoned a lengthy work commitment (a project per se), because I didn't like my keyboard or computer screen.. Lol.

I have walked out on a project when treated like sh*t.Nothing new

Dont know why Allaphillipe lost 3 mins last year in the ITT, but his performance at the Dauphine might suggest that he has a slight chance of staying in Yellow after today if he fires on all cylinders.

Think this result sheet from the ITT at the Dauphine could give us some pointers of what to expect from the contenders... Although today is a little bit more lumpy, so not a like-for-like comparison.

Vos the BOSS!

Spare a thought for poor Amanda Spratt! She gave it absolutely everything and then boom Vos happened! Gutted for Amanda and Mittchelton Scott. Almost got it right ito tactics. Vos, AMP (good ride from her for 5th) and the CCC Liv team had other plans and executed it well.

Another highlight, if you got to see it, was Cecile Ludwig's interview! She can be so funny and honest in her interviews!

Re AP's TT ability compared to previous Tours.

Its one thing to ride a TT and not worry about time, just have to finish and not waste energy (previous TTs) and now wanting to lose as little time possible and dont worry about energy spent doing so.

He was targeting the polka dot so needed to save the legs. Agree we could still see him in yellow tonight.

Chad Haga who won the closing time trial of the Giro in Verona has caught and passed Tony Martin who obviously saves his legs for his domestique duties for Jumbo-Visma.

I know Tony hasn't been the best in a long time, but it is always a shock reading these things
