Probably won't get fired because he will belong to some union that will say he can't be fired because it was an accident, never mind that this was no accident.I am on the road a lot and see so many people who's eyes are on their phones and not on the road! What can be so important that it can't wait a couple of minutes.This is gross negligence. He must get fired at the very least....no union can argue him out of this esp given the exposure. Really scary though.....I have to drive with the assumption that everyone is a box like this guy and be extra vigilant to compensate for their stupidity..perhaps cognitive tests should be done for drivers.....

Last night my wife was watching that master chef cooking program thing on mnet and I noticed the contestants were being driven around in fancy Mercs. Noticed some of the contestants not wearing belts and as they got out you saw the belt was clipped to stop any warnings going off.
