No training of Mayhem is in secret. If he even looks at his bike, it’s on a Strava, Garmin Connect, Training Peaks, Golden Cheat, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram probably even puts in on MySpace with a #GoBigOrGoHome #BermingIt #WhipItWednesday

If hashtags and hub posts counted towards actual fitness Martin Maes would be in serious k@k.

So I did this segment on Saturday morning.

Anything like this in #enduro #gnarlyAF #shuttleFTW or is it usally much shorter?

Would take forever to walk and you would be totally fried

I ran down there in 2017, my running time would not be last on the cycling KOM leaderboard which is ok, until you realise i was taking it easy and my run continued through to Monks cowl via jacobs ladder and the previous day I had cycled from Witsies to Mweni.

That is merely a road downhill, no different to running laps on Northcliff,

I was referring to the getting to the top part.

So you are saying the okes cant go up fast (unless via shuttle) and going down they are slower than a runner?

Just like riding up would improve climbing ability and fitness...

And if you're fitter, you're also likely to descend better as you don't fatigue as quickly...

Just saying  ;)

Here I must agree 100%
