Hi Hubbers,

We want your input!

 

In recent months we've added some new members to the Bike Hub team as we undertake an on going project to update the Bike Hub platform.

 

We've already begun work on improvements to the Classifieds section which we aim to introduce in the second half of this year. Thereafter we'll address other sections of the site to improve and modernise the platform.

 

Bike Hub has grown and evolved over nearly 15 years based on feedback from our valued community of users. And, while we're not about to make any drastic changes to the Bike Hub you know, we are the first to admit that there is plenty we can do to generally improve the experience and address frustrations or inefficiencies. 

 

If you're willing and available to help us we would greatly appreciate your input.

 

What we're asking of you?

• To spare 30-45 minutes of your time to pop in to our office in Westlake (Tokai area, Cape Town)
• Answer some questions about your current use of Bike Hub, test out new workflows, give your opinion on proposed designs
