Looks like he missed the break with LM even beating him across the line by 30s

Very fast pace, riders lost wheels at the end and a split happened so it was a very small sprint..Sagan timed it very well.... big ups to Ineos or whatever they go by now for leading out Sagan perfectly. [emoji2957]

I'd love for Cav' to win some sprint stages at TDF. Sport is a funny thing, anything can happen.

 

He should embrace his inner Federer and Tiger. Lots of people called for them to retire, but somehow they reinvented themselves and took another Major.

 

C'mon Cav, one last push!

The guy has been battling this virus and that level its impossible to perform to his normal standards with something like that.

 

Hopefully he still has it mentally to still put in the hard work and make a comeback.

While i'm not a Cav fan (more a TDD fan)

 

The guy has been battling this virus and that level its impossible to perform to his normal standards with something like that.

 

Hopefully he still has it mentally to still put in the hard work and make a comeback.

The thing is he is 2 years older as well.. there is no doubt that he has been one of the best sprinter the sport has seen..but there area lot of really fast guys riding in more organised teams... even if he was on form and hadn't had an illness it would be tough... it is tough for all the sprinters to win a race.

Well 93km to go and Cav out the back of the peleton ..Eisel sent back to try help him.. but he is crawling up a hill.. doesn't look good for him..pace in the front isn't high at all.
