Plentipotential Posted September 23, 2019 Share Just watched the youtube clip of the no arms head high hit by the Aussie Reese Hodge. No call from the TV ref, ball actually goes into touch after the tackle, lines ref calls it out, game ref carries on and lines ref puts his flag down and never mentions the ball actually went out again? Lets hope it gets better because it has not been top drawer stuff from the ref's so far.
