Today the queen stage of all stages presents the riders with a tough day out. Tactics today will be huge! and the questions to me should sound like this....

Does Bora drive for some more hurt and pee on all the Sagan haters across the globe ?

Does the Peloton let a break go to neutralise the green battle before the rest day ?

How do the domestique riders protect GC riders on such a hard stage? (jumbo)

Do the Columbians decide to band together and climb the Grand Columbier like they stole it and destroy the european charge to Paris?

Do we see a new fight for that strange and out of sorts KOM jersey?

Will team "Ino" finally buckle to the pressure of accepting that they got it 'wrong' in 2020?

All of these questions get answered at the end of 7.1% gradient finish today.

I for one cannot wait, this is going to be an epic battle especially what lies before the Grand I'm worried about, a leg killer before will shake up GC for sure. Today several riders will no doubt call it quits and opt to rather take the bus to Paris.

If you brought your 'A' Game to the TDF, todays the day you take it out like a gel baby!

Enjoy the race boys & girls.

BORA has to keep it together until that final rise before the sprint. Where they will then need to drop Bennett.

DQS, on the other hand, would want a break to go out and gobble the points.

Looking forward to the HC climbs today! Some big shakeups are surely on the cards.

Bora won't do anything for the hunt for green jersey..not like yesterday in any case...the int sprint is too soon after the start and before the first big climb.. and they did a hell of a lot of work yesterday and are not robots...Sagan may try slip into the break perhaps with a team mate and perhaps help said team mate for as long as he can .. Bora's actions today will depend on how Sam recovered after yesterday?.. but it's going to be quite a fight for the break away...many teams would love a stage win today.

With the rest day tomorrow we might have a high paced race. Or we might just see a pedal along until the Grand Colombier (this is most likely the scenario, think the GC team did not expect yesterday's stage to be so tough) would love to see some fireworks from Landa today.

Lots of possible scenarios.

Different versions of TDF stage 14 on youtube? Anybody noticed Cycling Planet channel and the TDf channel? weird?

Stage 1 was like that too - it’s the only stage I haven’t seen live. I saw a link for the final hour and was enjoying it until they mentioned Brussels.

Sam going to tough it out, his 149th overall, basically the 9th rider from the back... not sure if his got enough in the tank to carry the weight of the green jersey. Today he will have to try actually stay in the race within the cut off time limit. Yesterday was brutal but today will be worse, watch the it all explode just before the Grand Colombier me thinks...

In the world of cycling, did Bora win green jersey and Sagan gets to wear it? Or did Sagan win the jersey ?

Pro cycling, the place where the team makes the individual.

Poor by Jungels. Should have stopped - IMHO.

Edit: Opinion.

Crap switch by Jungels.

After having read the description of it on CN I wouldn't be overly surprised if Higuita has a few choice words for Bob. That's just plain bad. Gotta pay attention to what the others are doing!
