    • No, because most of the 150km of the trails are generally speaking, smooth as tar.

So we get moaned at for taking other Tygerberm topics apparently "off topic". But this is fine?  :whistling:

? sorry the lockdown got to me.. bit slower today.. the matter about a potential loss of a section of the trails sounds very much on topic

Not for this Tygerberm thread it is not.

Hey look, I DRGAF, but I do find it a bit hypocritical considering the downright lambasting a lot of us have gotten on other threads.

Apologies, you right, just saw the thread topic (without noting that it linked to the "non sensical poll"), these posts probably need to be on the other one

Alternatively to show the landowner how serious the club is about rogue riding, close the trails for a week (including marshalls patrolling it as the entry points)

I just don't see how appealing to the members sense of honesty and integrity on social media on social media when we are one warning away from losing the trails is going to help.

Club either needs to do something drastic (like you mentioned) or accept that we are going to lose access.

Feeling a bit fatalistic today, but I would like to think more is being done than a broadcast on social media.

Posted on the "correct"  thread now about the warning received.. but fully agree with you as I don't blame the landowner at all in this matter, and what they don't realise it can have future ramifications when the club approaches other landowners in future

Well facts of facts ;-)

When the totals of Q 1 / 2 / 3 does not add up (ie the number of participants that indicated they are members or not members) that means either the set up of the poll was not clear enough and / or that the results can be ignored as it is flawed.

The only value the poll had was to re-start an old conversation again, which can be a benefit, as dialogue can (sometimes) lead to more clarity and reflection, but for the results and the graphs those are wasted pixels.

DAMN, got pulled into a response.. should rather focus on the matter at hand which is that we going to loose a section of the system soon.

Im sure the font indicated sarcasm.... :-P

Jip it was, but then I had to go and reply.. and I am sure my opinion was raised probably at the time of the poll too, so really kicking a dead horse.. (at this time just a pile of bones)

Yes. I don't think it's fatalistic, just realistic haha. Ironically the transgressors may not even see the warning on social media :P
