Hi Hubbers.

Thank You for all the recommendations and support during this current difficult time for all of us. We really do appreciate your support for our Small Business.

EasyGIS / EasyBike are the same company and we have been in business since 2007.

We have been the official GPS Navigation and Service providers to the Joberg2C, Sani2C, Berg & Bush, PetoPlett, Swazi Frontier, OxPecker Trail Run, FNB Drak Descent for the last number of years and some of you might have seen us at these events at our Mobile Retail Trailer. We look forward to welcoming you back again at these events soon.

We are excited to let you all know that our New Website will be up and running very soon. We are just finalizing a few issues on the New system and we hope that we will soon be able to provide you with a better shopping experience.

We are also taking some suggestions on what New Products you would like to see online. Please feel free to drop us an email or post on the Hub any suggestions you might have.

During the Covid-19 Shutdown our store is currently closed and we are not allowing any collections. Our online store is open to take any orders you might have however deliveries will only take place once we receive the OK to do so from Government or the legislation / rules regarding ecommerce and online stores has been relaxed.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused, we will do whatever we can to have all orders delivered to our customers as soon as possible.

if there is anything else we can assist with or if any of you are looking for a Great Deal send us a mail or DM us and we will see if we can assist you in any way.

Once again we thank you for your support and understanding during this time as we all navigate this together.

Regards
The EasyBike / EasyGIS Team

Yes it was resolved, the issue was really with the courier, will deal with Easybike again.

Good for you

I was interested in a full groupset. I was promptly contacted via WA and they let me know it will take about 2 weeks to get some missing parts, when they will contact me again to conclude the sale.

That was roughly 2 months ago...  I took this as a test of customer service, and did not send them any reminders...

Still not a word...

Clearly you weren't that interested then...this says as much about you as a potential tire kicker wasting a retailer's time as it does their customer feedback performance.

but you did take the time to come post it here....

@EasyBike potential sale here, or not. maybe just checking out on pricing across the board.

(let's see what that does)

I'll ignore that comment...

My focus for Q1 is executing a pretty large and expensive project, with little time to chase people for my hobbies.  Easybike committed to continue the conversation, which they didn't...

Not wasting their time at all.  I responded when prompted...

BTW, the price was great, and I could not find gruppo anywhere else.

I was hoping for a normal, easy transaction, so that I could focus on my work priorities...

+1 never had an issue. Just had a look at my inbox, first purchased from easygis.co.za back in 2015. 😀

More often than not I use easybike.co.za (same company) as they usually have the best prices for the Oakley/Garmin products I've bought. 🔥
