For quality tools in Randburg  go to JKM  Industrial.  The have a range of quality brands.  The Tool Shop is another, they stock King Tony.  For Chinese you can go to Aardendorf.  All the above in or near Strydom Park.

JKM is dangerous. Sooo dangerous. So is Tool Shop.

I have a very bad addiction to tools.

Same. I was going through the garage the other day and was surprised how many duplicates of tools I have

I mean unopened drills and angle grinders, unopened socket sets, I think I have a problem. I always see good stuff and then buy just in case the ones I'm using break. And then nothing breaks

I also like tool storage with wheels.

I once picked up a Mastercraft drawer system at builders for under R2000 because it had a small dent in the back. It's a R7000 unit. Best purchase ever.

You can buy Park Tool off Cape Cycle Systems website

As previously mentioned the online stores are out of stock on the common sizes needed.

But thank you for spending your first post on this thread. The feedback is greatly appreciated.

Im no spanner Boy, but the t handle set I bought at Adendorf has served me well, so far.

The heavy duty set peaked my interest a lot. I don't abuse tools. I just want tight tolerances from new so I don't have any issues down the line.

The linkage bolts on the Evil frames are made of cheese and I already started rounding one out with what I thought was a brand new bit for my torque wrench.

NOT a nice shop .... go there to buy ONE tool, and end up with a LOT of stuff I did not know I "needed" ....  :whistling:
