FWIW, my VPN process is to start up, logon to GCN+, go to the Racing page, THEN connect the VPN, refresh the racing page, and then navigate to the live stage. This seems to work

If I try to go to the racing page when connected, it asks me to subscribe in UKP

This is my process too.

Are you experiencing this from the TV?

I've had no issues from mobile nor my PC and browser I'll the mibox tomorrow to see how that works

100mbps upload/download

Yes, from a TV (assuming you were asking me). Everything else on that TV streams brilliantly.

That said, yesterday evening when I ran my VPN (proton vpn, free version, set to the netherlands) it was on my laptop and streaming was perfect. So I can now watch TDF, just not on TV (yet).

I connect my VPN first, then open up the app and find the race. Never had a days problem w.r.t. connecting to any race.

Some film content is also geolocked, eg. the Giro88 only showed in VPN mode.

That info is on my work laptop, under the WiFi properties. Apple Support shows the following (see the channel width bit):

https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT202068

My VPN provider said to always use the highest channel number on the router. My ISP doesn’t allow me to change settings on my router, so I have a second one that the connect through.

Ahhh Ok should have mentioned that I'm connecting via Ethernet cable and that I'm not using a VPN as the South African version covers the MTB racing.

Maybe thats the common thread, VPN seems good, local connection bad.
