Would not suggest CycleLab. There products and warranties are good but really pricey. I would go to a small local shop. This is just my own experience.Ā

They do price matching .

I would disagree, all the bikeshops have good prices in certain items and vice versa, you just have to shop around, cycle lab buys their stock in masses and thus they can sell it at discounted price, plus they have a lekke rewards sistem where you get some free vouchers!

I try to support the little guys as much as possible but i always stop at Cycle Lab if out that way and end up spending more than i should.Ā

The reward system is good especially the member deals on products like High5. Last was like R300 off High5 ended up paying R100 for 2 tubes.

I have found cycle lab prices on products and their price match policy really good. And never had an issue with warranties either. Generally good service in store at 4ways and Lynwood and online. And like others say, the promotions and specials are good.Ā
I have however stopped doing services there due to bad experiences with the workshop, and have heard of a few similar stories. I now only service my bike at my LBS in centurion. I generally find that the LBS allows more of a personal touch with services.Ā
